Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, But If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send an email to our customer service (support@happypicnic.com) in accordance with the following Return Policy:

Returns Policy
1. The returns time is within 15 days when you receiving your order
2. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
3. Items must be returned in original condition. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut. Please send the product photo before return.
4. We are NOT responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise or any lost and damaged packages during the return transit.
5. Altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

How To Return?
you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account.
After the return request has been authorized, the wigs can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send an email about your order number and returned package number.
Once your return is received and confirmed the refund, please allow 2 business days for money back.

Exchange Policy
1. Orders can be changed for free within 5 hours after placing your order
2. Once an exchange is completed, returns will not be acceptable.

Cancellation Policy
1. There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours.
2. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled.
